Here is what a typical week of workouts looks for me. I am a busy mom and teacher, so I have to get up VERY EARLY to get my workouts in each day whether at the gym or doing home workouts. This means getting up at 4:30 am and heading to to the gym or for a run about 5 am. Here is what my week of workouts looks like. This can vary daily but here is my fitness routine:
Monday: Heavy Lifting/Leg Day and Cardio (10-20 minutes)
Tuesday: Teaching a cardio and strength class (60 Minutes)
Wednesday: Bootcamp Type Total Body Workout
Thursday: Teaching a cardio and strength class (60 Minutes)
Friday: Heavy Lifting/Upper Body and Cardio (10-20 minutes) Saturday: OFF DAY/Walk/Stretch
Sunday: Long Run with Friends (6-8 miles)
I try to follow this weekly plan, but I will change it up weekly. Right now I am loving strength training and the Peloton App and the classes on it
